Do we need to keep a receipt after payment?


Participants must keep the receipt until the course/activity is completed for the staff of the Center to check, or to process the refund if there are any changes to the course/activities in the future.




If the tutor or student asks for leave, will there be a supplementary class?


If the tutor is on leave, the center will arrange a time for the class. However, if the student fails to attend the supplement, the center will not set up another time, please forgive us




After paying the tuition fee, can I convert to another course if the course is not appropriate?


All fees charged will not be refunded and no other courses/activities will be converted.




What is the arrangement in case of a typhoon or rainstorm signal?


1. When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or the Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the Early Childhood and Primary School Curriculum will be held as usual. 2. When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 is in force, the kindergarten curriculum will be cancelled and the primary school curriculum will be held as usual. 3. All courses will be cancelled when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or a red or above rainstorm warning signal is hoisted.
